Registration

Next season registration is getting underway.

If you need to register please contact a board member ASAP! We are currently getting teams situated. You can drop registrations off at the Sermon Center, mail it to us (PO Box 1181, Independence MO 64051), or contact a board member for other arrangements.

This season's costs are as follows:
u6 and under - $55
u7 to u15 - $65
HS - $75

Your third child is $15.
To dual card is $20 and you need to fill out a second registration form.

During registration you can print the registration form, fill it out and turn it in at registration. We will also have forms available onsite.

No player refunds will be issued after season begins.

If we cannot make space for your child, forms & checks can be picked up as we notify you of options. We are sorry to
have to use sign-up deadlines, but such a procedure is imperative for a successful season.

COACHES: Be sure to submit a COACH Registration Form and complete the KidSafe disclosure form when it is emailed to you.
